Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

Returns, replacements, or refunds are only available when an item arrives damaged or the customer receives an incorrect item.

Customers must contact us promptly after delivery and provide:

• The order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the item
• Photographs of the packaging when applicable

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the issue was caused by Brahma Merch.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for a refund or replacement.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once materials have been ordered, artwork has been prepared, or production has started, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

Brahma Merch reserves the right to cancel and refund an order because of product unavailability, pricing errors, design concerns, suspected fraud, unauthorized trademark use, or other reasonable circumstances.
