Order Processing and Shipping

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment and all required order information have been received.

Orders are shipped through USPS unless another shipping method is stated. Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Brahma Merch is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather, incorrect addresses, school closures, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address.
